Gino Ravaioli - Senior Payment Advisor - Chairperson of the DCC Forum

Gino joined Global Blue in Italy in June 1998. At that time he started as Finance Manager of the Italian subsidiary. In 2006 he took the responsibility of Product Currency Choice joining the Group Management Team working on developing the Currency Choice business worldwide. Since 2015 he has been responsible of developing the company's new products and strategic business partnerships. Gino left Global Blue in April 2016 to start an independent consultancy activity in the payment area.

Jennifer Conneely - Senior Manager VAS Customer Training EU at Elavon

Jennifer joined the Product and Innovation team in Elavon in May 2014 and brings over 15 years of pan-European DCC and tourist tax free shopping expertise to her role. With a background in Business Development and in Training, Jennifer supports DCC product management and is responsible for a team which delivers DCC and Value Added Services (VAS) training to customers in EU and in new DCC markets for Elavon.

Ian Dickinson - Euronet

Ian joined Euronet in 2007 and is Managing Director of Euronet 360 Finance; the company responsible for the card issuing and acquiring business across the EEA. Having over 25 years in the payments industry, prior to this role Ian was Director in Euronet's development of the cross border merchant acquiring business as well as holding senior executive positions in Visa, Lloyds Bank, Schlumberger and Sema Group across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Now London based, his division is also responsible for all card scheme relationships and regulatory compliance with both home and host EEA member states.

Damian Cecchi - SVP Payments & DCC

Damian's experience and role incorporates the product, development and sale of outsourced financial processing solutions to Financial Institutions as well as broad experience in the establishment of new payment ventures globally. He has broad experience in the payments arena, working for vendors and merchant acquirers before establishing the Travelex DCC business globally which was sold to Global Blue in 2016. Today he is the SVP of Global Blue's Payments and DCC business and has the responsibility of driving the payments strategy of the Global Blue Group.

Alan Graham - General Manager (Europe) Fexco Merchant Services

Alan joined Fexco in 2015 having spent the earlier part of his career in sales and marketing leadership positions with a number of blue chip companies including the British retailer Tesco and the Irish manufacturer, Kingspan. He garnered extensive knowledge of the European payments industry during a 7-year career with the Payzone Group. As GM Europe for FEXCO Merchant Services, Alan works with a highly experienced team to drive brand and revenue growth across Europe from our multi-product payments environment. Alan holds a B.Comm from University College Dublin along with a Masters from their Graduate School of Business.

Jo Lalor - Business Development Director at Monex

Educated at Dublin Institute of Technology, Jo has worked with Monex Financial Services since 2000, firstly joining the company in the role of Financial Controller. As Monex continued its global growth, Jo undertook the position of Business Development Director in 2006 and continues in this role today directing activities of the Sales and Marketing teams at HQ Ireland and Monex seven international training and support centres.

Joel Mayer - SVP Corporate Development at Planet Payment

Joel was one of the founders of Planet Payment, joining the Company in 2000. Joel currently maintains product responsibility for Planet Payment's DCC product and assists with the Company's business and corporate development on a global basis. After earning his law degree at Brooklyn Law School and prior to joining Planet Payment, Joel worked within the General Counsel's Office of American Express.

Gilbert Soueidy - Head of DCC at Fintrax

Gilbert is the main DCC subject matter expert at Fintrax. He joined Fintrax in 2004, where he successfully launched and managed the French DCC business, products and operations. Gilbert then developed Fintrax' DCC in Europe and significantly contributed to the establishment and launch of the Fintrax DCC business in Latin America between 2010 and 2014. Prior to Fintrax, Gilbert worked for 10 years in e-commerce acquiring & PSP industry. Gilbert lives in Paris and holds a master degree in Computers Architecture.
